Nishigandha is a typical older sibling, taking charge & solving problems. She finally found her passion in studying people after trying her hand at advertising, theater, & photography to realize it all lacked something. She has a Master’s in clinical psychology & is trained in drama therapy, poetry therapy, graphic design & projective testing. She has worked with hospitals, corporates, schools and colleges. She writes poetry to make sense of the world & fights to make it okay to not be perfectly okay all the time. With her love for therapy and teaching she truly believes that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves if given enough encouragement, faith and understanding.

A high functioning introvert, Monika was always sure that psychology is going to be her companion. Her belief in empathy and human strength makes her an admirer of the client-centered approach. Her passion to understand and help people heal has led her to explore visual arts therapy and graphology along with psychotherapies. After her Master’s in clinical psychology he has been working with rehabilitation centers, schools, colleges and organizations as a professor and therapist to make sure people get a chance to heal. She is a dancer at heart and thinks that it helps her remain sane. Her goal in life is to make mental health facilities available for anyone and everyone.

She is trained in dance movement therapy & uses dance as a medium of expression. She has been conducting counseling and therapy sessions, training and awareness workshops for both students and working professionals.
